There’s definitely no harm is having both listed. We have all of our sites listed 3 times. With https, http and http without the www. So for example. we have 3 properties for The Hollywood Gossip:

http://thehollywoodgossip.com
http://www.thehollywoodgossip.com
https://www.thehollywoodgossip.com

We filled out the change of address on the non-www, but I don’t believe Google requires you to do that for http to https. No harm in giving Google more chances to contact you about things.

One for http and one for https. Is that right or should I only have https in search console?
