you\u2019ve produced, all put together in a handy-dandy format to send off to your brand partner once your partnership has ended.\r\n\r\nYou can create it manually or use a paid service (like All of the content you created<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nFirst and foremost, your campaign report should demonstrate all of the hard work you did! Include links and even screenshots of your content deliverables, from blog posts to tweets to newsletters.\r\n\r\nYou put a lot of hard work into creating your content, and this is your opportunity to showcase and demonstrate all that effort to your brand partner too!\r\n<h3><strong>2. Impressive Numbers<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nIn addition to showing all the hard work you put into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediavine.com\/authentic-sponsored-content\/\">creating your sponsored content<\/a>, you\u2019ll want to show the results of that effort \u2014 in a language that your brand partner will understand.\r\n\r\nBy calculating your \u201cKey Performance Indicators\u201d (aka KPI\u2019s, metrics or just \u201cthe numbers\u201d) you\u2019ll be demonstrating a tangible return on investment (ROI). That is key to pleasing whoever makes the purchasing decisions for the brand, and potentially getting re-hired for their next campaign.\r\n\r\nThe KPI\u2019s I recommend including at minimum are:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>impressions<\/li>\r\n \t<li>reach<\/li>\r\n \t<li>pageviews and unique visitors (if your campaign included blog content)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>calculated engagement rate<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nYou\u2019ll want to pull those numbers for every single piece of content you created!\r\n\r\nTo make your numbers even bigger &amp; more exciting, you can add them all together to get a big, juicy total. Stunning Imagery<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nYou\u2019re not just a social media maven, a brilliant writer and an expert digital marketer \u2014 you\u2019re a photographer too! (Gosh, aren\u2019t bloggers amazing?!) Take a screenshot of all those sweet DM\u2019s, blog comments and email responses, and add them into your campaign report as well.\r\n\r\nPositive audience sentiment and feedback is a fantastic example of ROI in an intangible sense \u2014 something that can\u2019t be tallied up, but is every bit as valuable and exciting to a brand as KPI\u2019s.\r\n<h3><strong>5.
