We don\u2019t see that as a bad thing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ability for readers to report ads is essential, and their input can be valuable. However, a vast majority of ad complaints come from users without proper feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our most valuable input comes from Mediavine publishers, who report truly problematic ads &#8211; ones that don&#8217;t respect opt-out preferences or the dreaded autoplay videos with audio, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This change not only looks cleaner, it should help our operations team monitor the our two popular video options are getting the same treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mediavine Video Player will now feature the &#8220;M&#8221; placement in the bottom right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For its part, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediavine.com\/universal-player-one-video-solution-to-rule-them-all\/\">Universal Player<\/a> will see the same discreet &#8220;M&#8221; icon, but in the UP it will appear <strong>inside the player itself<\/strong> on the bottom left, next to the volume control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Small Change, Big &#8220;M&#8221; Impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes, in ad technology and in life (but mostly just ad technology), it&#8217;s the smallest things that make the biggest impact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re excited by the
